Our sales organization consists of 80 Power Shifters, of which you will be a part as a Sales Consultant. This is a sales role where you are responsible for the entire sales process and the entire product range towards new private customers.
The role is perfect for you with previous sales experience who wants to develop in more advanced sales.

About the team
As a Sales Consultant, you are part of our inside sales organization. Currently, we have three Sales Consultant teams, each consisting of a Team Manager, a Senior Sales Consultant, and a group of Sales Consultants.

About the role
As a Sales Consultant
- You have the freedom to independently process and drive warm inquiries from individuals forward, with support from the team when needed.
- You offer your customers solutions within production, storage, and energy optimization of clean energy.
- During times with fewer warm leads, you find creative ways to generate more leads, for example through reference customers or lists of customers we have previously engaged with.
- You have full responsibility for the entire customer journey – from the first contact to signed agreement, where you control the process based on your sales strategies and methods.
- Contact with customers usually occurs via phone, email, and to some extent video calls.
The role will make you an expert in the entire sales process - from needs analysis and handling objections to being able to educate your customers about the best solution for them.

We are looking for someone who...
- Has worked in sales for at least 1-2 years with good results.
- Demonstrates strong self-leadership with the ability to take initiative and drive your work forward.
- Shows strong results-driven mentality and competitive spirit. You want to earn well and perhaps break a few records along the way!
- Has the ability to plan your time and work in a structured and smart way.
- Is skilled at communicating and interacting socially.

- Start date for the role: As agreed.
- Location: With a view of the water at Alviks Strand.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8-17, all salespeople work full-time from the office to promote a high results focus and #DoItTogether.
