About the team & role

As a Customer Project Manager, you will be the link between the sales department and customers in the German market. Once a deal is secured, you will lead the project forward. The role involves:

- Driving the entire delivery project, from startup to completion.

- Organizing and holding customer meetings – often in German.

- Ensuring that products and services meet customer requirements and agreements.

- Being responsible for customer training when needed.

- Managing several parallel projects of varying sizes, with timelines of about 3–9 months.

You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers in a cohesive team that values open communication and shared success.

About you

We are looking for the right person rather than a long list of qualifications, but a few things are important for you to succeed in the role:

- Bachelor's or university degree in engineering.

- Approximately 1-2+ years of experience as a project manager with the ability to structure, plan, and create clarity in projects.

- Strong communication skills - fluent in Swedish, English, and German.

- Understanding of technical products and services, preferably in areas such as public transport, communication, or technical systems.

- Willingness to travel to Germany as needed.
