We are looking for someone with the will and courage to make a difference for the municipal primary school in Enköping. Bergvretenskolan is a K-9 school with about 840 students and 110 staff. The size of the school gives us the opportunity to work flexibly and to learn from and with each other – in many different constellations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pedagogical work in the school and after-school care. You contribute to ensuring that all students have the conditions to feel good and achieve their goals based on our governing documents. You support and complement the teacher in the classroom and are part of a team in after-school care that works to give our students confidence in themselves for the future. You lead activities that develop knowledge and skills among our students. You are a good role model who stimulates students' learning and development. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that care, development, and learning become a whole for each individual student.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educator with previous experience working with students in primary school K-6 and after-school care. A secure adult with the ambition to give our children and youth confidence in themselves for the future. You see the value of using our outdoor environment as a pedagogical arena.

It is meritorious if you have taken courses and training that have contributed to an increased pedagogical insight into what children and youth need to develop and feel good.

You are a natural leader who can teach students individually and in groups.
