Job Description

One of our Preschool Teachers will be going on parental leave this spring. We are now looking for a Preschool Teacher for a temporary position at our preschool. Do you want to work in a small organization with a long history of Montessori pedagogy? Are you a warm, responsible, curious, and driven person? Then you are the right person for us!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
At Svartbäckens Montessori, we work in age-divided groups across four departments in a charming older house. Together with your colleagues, you will drive, lead, and develop education according to the Curriculum and Norlandia preschools' governing documents. You always work with the child's best interests in mind. Knowledge and Innovation are key principles in our education, and we offer children "New discoveries - every day!" This means you are a co-researching educator and are responsive to the children's interests and needs.

Learning processes are made visible through pedagogical documentation, and you actively work to create stimulating and developing learning environments. You have a good attitude towards children, guardians, and colleagues, characterized by the belief in everyone's equal value and that everyone wants to and can. We want you to be able to collaborate, be positive, spread joy and willingness to work, be a driving person who inspires others in the educational work, take your own initiatives, and be responsible.

A degree in Early Childhood Education is required.

Extent: 100%
Working hours: Daytime according to schedule
Start date: By agreement.
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
