Job Responsibilities

As a substitute teacher at Adapted Primary School, you replace regular staff in case of sudden or planned absences. You provide support to students throughout the school day and ensure they have a good day in the after-school program. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create learning opportunities. We collaborate in the work team to create successful and educational days for our students. The focus is on developing students' abilities. Care and personal hygiene are part of the tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience working with children in need of special support, as well as experience in Adapted Primary School or LSS activities. You are flexible, empathetic, and can quickly understand someone else's perspective or situation. You have the ability to see issues from a broader perspective and maintain a student-centered approach. Knowledge of TAKK (sign support) is a plus.
