About the role In this role, you will be part of a purchasing team where you primarily handle the procurement of indirect materials. You will work closely with suppliers, support the team with administration, and ensure that the business always has the right conditions to succeed.

Responsibilities Place and follow up orders Be responsible for the procurement of indirect materials Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers both in Sweden and abroad Provide administrative support to the purchasing organization Collaborate with colleagues in production, material planning, and projects.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in operational purchasing or work within administration/logistics
• Good familiarity with business systems and IT
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Swedish citizenship (requirement related to ITAR regulations)
• Interest in eventually transitioning to employment with the client

Meritorious

• Previous experience from the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management
