ABOUT THE POSITION

Willhem is the first in the real estate industry to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 on a broad scale. The platform went live in March, and now we are facing the next exciting phase – to further develop, optimize, and ensure that the system support is fully utilized across the organization.

As a Systems Analyst, you will be a central player in this journey. You will act as the bridge between our various business areas - such as property management, leasing, and finance - and the IT systems that support the work.

Your main tasks:

• Map and analyze business processes, for example in rental administration, finance, maintenance, and customer service.
• Identify needs for new IT solutions and improvements to existing systems.
• Explore and drive the development of new technology, including AI solutions, to create business benefits and more efficient processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and act as a link between users, IT, and external suppliers.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure that the solutions work optimally.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, we believe you have worked in a similar position as a systems analyst, IT project manager, or business developer. You are accustomed to navigating the intersection between IT and business, with a broad understanding of both technology and business processes.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in requirement specification, testing, and implementation of IT systems.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft environment, preferably also Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
• Analytical skills and a structured approach, with the ability to see the big picture in complex system landscapes.
• A relationship-building approach and good communication skills - you build trust and collaborate effectively with both users in the organization and suppliers.

We believe you have a solution-oriented mindset, are responsible, and have the courage to propose new ways forward. You have a relevant technical education and are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
