We are now looking for an experienced Client Technician with knowledge of Intune and SCCM, where you will have a significant responsibility for managing and developing our customer client platform within a growing organization.

As a Client Technician, you will be responsible for the entire client platform, focusing on migrating and managing devices through Intune. This means you will work with a wide range of devices – from computers and phones to other physical devices.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure a smooth transition to and management of the client environment via Intune, as well as working with SCCM in the legacy environment when necessary.

• Client management within Intune.
• Experience with SCCM.
• Microsoft365
• Experience in setting up MDM.

• Be responsible for the client platform, including managing computers, phones, and other devices.
• Lead and execute migrations from SCCM to Intune.
• Work in a technically complex environment where structure and accuracy are central.

• Social and independent, with the ability to effectively take initiative.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and thrives in an environment that requires self-control.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, preferably with ideas for improvements and changes.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
