We at Vår Omtanke are now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our female client in Tyresö. In this role, you will make a difference in someone's life and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

We are primarily looking for substitutes, but there is also the possibility to be booked for some fixed shifts well in advance. The person seeking new assistants is about 50 years old. She needs support with cooking and managing her home. However, she can move around independently, so there are no lifts or transfers involved in the work.

Who are you?

We welcome applicants aged 30 and above.

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation and be very attentive. We are looking for someone with experience working as a personal assistant or other relevant experience. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the whole client's needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a good demeanor. It is also important that you are structured and can take initiative. Only female applicants are welcome as per the client's request.

Working hours and employment rate:

Substitute, with the possibility to book shifts well in advance as well as fixed shifts.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreements.
