About the role

As a Test & Release Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating errors and bugs in software products before they are sent to production. You will play a key role in quality assuring our release processes, training stakeholders in testing methodology and documentation, and ensuring that test environments and systems function optimally. You will also lead the testing and migration of our ERP system 💻

Examples of your tasks:

• Establish, support, and further develop testing strategies.
• Participate as a test leader in development projects.
• Coordinate departments such as quality, supply chain, master data, and finance with a focus on problem-solving.
• Lead test and release meetings with internal and external parties.
• Handle inquiries from pharmacy developers and pharmacies.
• Plan and verify rollouts in pharmacies.
• Support pharmacy support and contribute to solutions for recurring issues.
• Update documentation and create release reports.

We offer a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Desired start date is by agreement. You will report to the CTO, Mats Neving, and be welcomed to our beautiful office in Stadshagen, Kungsholmen where we apply hybrid work.

In addition to your personal qualities, we are looking for someone who has:

• Education in computer science, MSc or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Test & Release in similar companies.
• Knowledge of system architecture, testing methodology, and database management.
• It is a merit if you have ISTQB certification, Agile Framework certification (SAFe, DA, Enterprise Kanban, LeSS).
