We are now looking for Supply Quality Managers at various experience levels – from those who are relatively newly graduated from their technical education to those with extensive expertise in supplier quality.

This is an opportunity for you who want to ensure the highest quality in components and systems used in some of the world's most advanced products.

As a Supply Quality Manager, you will be a central part of the company's work to develop and ensure the quality of the supply chain. You will belong to one of four product groups: Mechanics, Electronics, Systems, or IMK (non-metallic components).

In this role, you will among other things:

• Ensure quality in purchases through requests for quotes, contracts, and purchase orders
• Conduct process audits and product inspections at suppliers
• Manage defect cases, complaints, and risk analyses
• Drive corrective actions and improvement programs together with suppliers
• Follow up and develop suppliers' quality performance

You will have close collaboration with both suppliers and internal quality functions. Travel occurs regularly, mainly within Sweden but also in Europe.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• A technical education at the college/university level.
• Experience and knowledge in quality work.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Meritorious: Experience in supplier development or quality tools such as 8D, DMAIC, 6σ, RCA, MSA, FMEA is advantageous.
