About the role We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative for an energy company in Lund. In this role, you will be the company's face to the public and assist customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also handle lighter administrative tasks, such as registering lists and following up on cases.
You are expected to provide high-quality service, stay updated on the company's products and services, and have a good ability to collaborate and adapt to changes.
Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, responsible, and solution-oriented.
- Has experience in customer service or other customer interaction.
- Is stress-resistant and flexible.
- Is service-minded and has good teamwork skills.
- Is comfortable using various systems and is skilled at expressing yourself in writing.
- Language: Swedish
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the energy sector or technical support.
- Ability to handle complex customer calls, such as financial concerns.
Location: Lund, Sweden Working hours: Full-time (40 h/week) Start: July 1, 2025 End: January 1, 2026 (Possibility of extension: 6 months) potential offer to transition to permanent employment
