Who are you?

We are looking for several individuals with different experiences and knowledge in green maintenance. You should enjoy working outdoors, and the tasks may vary depending on your skills. This may involve maintaining schoolyards, planting and caring for summer flowers, handling cleaning, or operating ride-on mowers. We place great importance on your ability to collaborate and be responsive to your colleagues. Since collaboration is a significant part of the job, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Previous experience in green area maintenance in parks or outdoor environments for properties is an advantage. A background in gardening is also a plus.

A valid B driver's license is required for the position.

About us

Within the Technical Administration, we share knowledge and leverage each other's strengths. Currently, about 450 people work with us, responsible for the management and operation of the municipality's properties, streets, parks, and forests. Additionally, traffic safety and parking supervision are included. We also have the meals department and the cleaning department, which includes textile washing and operational janitorial services.

The Street and Park Department is responsible for new construction and renovation of municipal streets and roads, parking lots, squares, playgrounds, pedestrian and bicycle paths, as well as the operation and maintenance of these. The department's management unit is also responsible for regulatory authority, traffic regulation, and the introduction of local traffic regulations.
