About the Role:

We are currently looking for new personal assistants for several assistance users in Kumla and surrounding areas! As a personal assistant with us, you will receive thorough introductory training to feel secure in your role.

We believe that you as a person are secure, pedagogical, and proactive. Experience in personal assistance or similar professions is an advantage, but personality chemistry is often what matters most. We are looking for assistants for both permanent positions and hourly contracts, and we welcome both experienced individuals and those new to the profession.

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands what personal assistance entails
• Places the user's needs and wishes at the center
• Enjoys working closely with another person and creating security in everyday life

Recruitment Process:

Your application will be visible to our clients and their personal supervisors. If you are selected, you will be contacted directly by the supervisor for an interview. Before you start working, you will receive paid introductory training to ensure you feel completely secure in your assignment.
