Your Role with Us As a buyer, you will be responsible for framework agreements as well as project purchases. You will be part of a purchasing team led by the purchasing manager, tasked with executing our purchasing projects on time, at the right cost and quality together with other buyers and site management. You will be involved in the bidding process and follow the projects from start to finish. Your main task is to procure suppliers who can offer the best solutions in terms of price and quality, ensuring the lowest total cost for Terranor. Part of the assignment is to follow up that deliveries to our projects are made in accordance with agreed contracts with suppliers. It also includes establishing a purchasing budget for our projects and monitoring project costs for products and services against the purchasing budget. You are responsible for conducting purchasing meetings together with the site organization and suppliers to ensure compliance with purchasing agreements over time, as well as conducting delivery follow-ups with selected suppliers together with the Work Manager and Site Manager. We strive to develop good and long-term relationships with our suppliers. You actively contribute to developing the role of Buyer at Terranor as well as tools and system support for purchasing work. Your Experience We are looking for someone with previous experience in purchasing. Experience in procurement from governmental and municipal contracts regarding operation and maintenance or earthworks and construction contracts is an advantage. You have good knowledge of AMA and are accustomed to writing contracts based on AB, ABT, and AB-U. Negotiation experience is a requirement, and we expect you to have good knowledge of contract law.

You must have excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English. Good IT skills, including MS Office, are a given. Employment Type The position is a permanent employment, with a probationary period applied.

Location

The position is based in one of our site offices in Gothenburg, Kungälv, Kungsbacka, Halmstad, or Helsingborg.

On-site 2-3 days a week.

Travel is included in the position.
