With a packed content schedule, they take the trade fair medium to a whole new level by inspiring, developing, and updating their visitors.
Job responsibilities
As a Marketing and Event Coordinator at Nordic Live Expo, you will work closely with the trade fair manager to jointly drive several successful fairs each year. You will be responsible for both marketing and project management – from planning, digital advertising, and content creation to executing events on-site. The role is broad and developmental, with the opportunity to grow in line with the business. Each team in the company consists of several Salespeople, a Marketing and Event Coordinator, and a Trade Fair Manager who together deliver several fairs each year. In addition to the teams, there are also functions such as finance, business development, and graphics, which provide you as a Marketing and Event Coordinator with support and structure in your work.
Your main job responsibilities:
• Plan and project manage the entire event process, including meetings with exhibition halls and exhibitors, coordinating reference groups and registration processes, and ensuring stages, stage content, and activities during the fair • Be the project manager on-site during the fairs and ensure that everything is executed according to plan • Create and implement digital marketing focusing on advertising on Meta and LinkedIn with measurable results • Manage WordPress, produce video content for social media, and be responsible for text production and copywriting • Work data-driven through Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and advanced email marketing in tools like Apsis or Mailchimp
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Relevant higher education
• Experience working in a marketing department and event project management
• Good technical competence in WordPress, Meta and LinkedIn advertising, Photoshop, video content, Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and email marketing (e.g., Apsis or Mailchimp)
