About the Position 

We are currently seeking a salesperson on behalf of our client, one of Stockholm's largest cleaning companies. The client is a reliable and experienced player in the cleaning industry that has shown good growth and profitability since 2007, along with high customer satisfaction that permeates the entire operation. 

Our client is looking for an initiative-driven and engaged person who wants to take a comprehensive approach to their sales. The role is suitable for you who enjoy building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and being out where the business happens. You will work closely with the operation and be an important support to both management and team leaders in handling incoming inquiries and developing new customer relationships.

You will become part of a down-to-earth and tight-knit group where your initiative is appreciated and encouraged while everyone helps each other. You will also be offered great flexibility in managing your days.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process goes through us at Wrknest, but you will be employed directly by the client.

Your Future Responsibilities:

You will be the spider in the web of the company's sales efforts, focusing on capturing new business and strengthening relationships with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Managing incoming inquiries and leads
• Booking and conducting customer meetings
• Preparing and submitting quotes
• Following up on sales activities and keeping customer dialogues alive

We are looking for someone who:

Has a strong drive and enjoys working with people and business. You do not need to have experience in the cleaning industry, although this is a merit. The most important thing is that you are curious, social, and willing to take initiative. You also have:

• Experience in sales
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driver's license (B)

Start: As agreed

Location: Stockholm (The client has offices in Östermalm, Telefonplan, and Täby)

Scope: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
