As an Area Sales, you will be an important part of an engaged team working globally to sell technical comprehensive solutions. You will be involved from the first contact to the completed deal – always focusing on understanding the customer’s needs, creating value, and building long-term relationships.

You have a technical background, preferably within the industry or from similar technically complex environments. However, the most important thing is that you have a strong interest in technology, system sales, and understanding customer needs. You are curious, have a business drive, and are motivated by creating value through smart and sustainable solutions.

YOUR DAILY WORK

You will have a varied and dynamic job where no day is the same. The role is international, but you will be based in our office in Mariestad, where you have close access to both colleagues, customers, and technical expertise.

In your daily work, you will:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships worldwide
  • Develop customer-specific solutions together with project teams and specialists
  • Drive the entire sales process - from the first meeting to quote, negotiation, and closure
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and customer events
  • Be a natural bridge between technology, customer, and market
  • Travel internationally in connection with trade fairs, seminars, and customer events

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who is confident in meeting people and has a natural business mindset. You enjoy taking initiative, building relationships, and creating results together with others. You are curious, quick on your feet, and thrive in a role where the pace can be high at times – but where joy, loyalty, and team spirit are always the foundation.

We believe that you have:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer relations
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing – in Swedish and English
  • An interest in technology and systems, preferably with an understanding of the industry’s everyday life
  • A desire to grow – both professionally and personally
  • The ability to see the big picture and think long-term in what you do
