5-year-old boy in Växjö is looking for a personal assistant.

We are currently looking for a personal assistant who wants to work as needed at least one day a week with a boy who has cerebral palsy. We are looking for someone who is lively and cheerful, positive with a lot of energy. You should be engaged and have an eye for what needs to be done. Do you have a sense of order, play, and motivation? Then you are the one we are looking for!

What the job entails:

Your tasks will involve working based on the client's needs and wishes. Our client is a young boy who loves to play, be outdoors at the playground, swing, and more. The work can be physical as there will be a lot of moving to different places. He has a need for both security and structure. It is important that you as an assistant can meet him in the right way, work solution-oriented, preventive, and motivating. 

The position involves active supervision, being a support in the boy's everyday life in everything from play, activities, meals, personal care/hygiene, and more. You will work in the client's home environment together with his family. 

At the client's request, you should have experience working with individuals with cerebral palsy or other care and support experience.

About the employment: - Employment type: Hourly and need-based employment, at least one day a week by agreement. - Working hours: Varying working hours based on the client's needs. Daytime weekdays and weekends. - Start date: Immediately, or by agreement
