About Apoteket Svanen

At Apoteket Svanen in Markaryd, you will meet a close-knit team of five employees who are passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service. We are a smaller pharmacy where everyone contributes to the whole, and where the close community in the team creates comfort for both customers and colleagues. The working hours for this position fall within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in sales.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
