We are now looking for a Finance & Logistics Assistant  at Unique Pyrotechnic in Götene who wants to become an important part of our wonderful team. Here you will have a broad role involving both numbers and logistics, while also having the chance to contribute to spectacular shows both in Sweden and around the world.

YOUR DAILY LIFE You will have a varied daily life where you work closely with our Controller and Logistics & Show Coordinator. You will play a central role in ensuring our flows operate smoothly, from finance to logistics. Here, you will work with both structure and creativity, and you will be an important link in making our projects safe and magical for everyone involved.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing accounts payable, customer invoicing, daily bookkeeping, and general finance tasks.
• Administering staff time reports, expenses, and travel costs, as well as contributing to the payroll process.
• Being involved in the purchasing of goods, materials, and services.
• Coordinating permit processes with authorities, venues, and organizers in Europe and the Middle East.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, risk assessments, and method descriptions.
• Collaborating with our North American team in documentation work.
• Building and nurturing good relationships with customers, project managers, colleagues, and partners.

Qualifications:

• High school education
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or finance
