We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead the procurement of a new group reporting system. The assignment includes both needs analysis and requirements specification prior to the procurement of a new system support.

As a project manager, you will:

• Coordinate stakeholders from finance, IT, and operations.
• Ensure that the requirements specification reflects the organization's needs for financial and operational reporting.
• Lead the procurement process in accordance with applicable regulations for public procurement.
• Plan and follow up on the project's timeline, budget, and deliverables.

As a project manager, you are responsible for preparing and presenting decision-making materials and ensuring that decisions made are implemented within the framework of given mandates. You will also lead the work to develop communication and marketing plans for the project. The role also includes responsibility for the project's closure, including formal closure and the preparation of a final report.

The assignment requires solid competence in both IT and project management, where you are expected to apply the project methodology XLPM and adapt to and work according to the organization's internal routines and processes.

Mandatory requirements:

• Deep understanding of group accounting, financial reporting, and BI solutions.
• Good experience working according to XLPM or another established project management model.
• At least five years of documented experience as a project manager.
• Excellent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in leading procurements of reporting systems, group accounting systems, or business systems in larger organizations.
• Experience in driving complex IT projects and implementing in large IT environments with many different system solutions.
• Very good communication skills in speech and writing.

Desirable requirements:

• You have previous work experience from an airport environment.
• It is an advantage if you have worked according to the project methodology XLPM or another similar method and are familiar with the process.
