Are you our new star

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a soon-to-be 60-year-old active, independent, and positive woman with a muscle disease. She lives in Hölö, and the job is based there or wherever she is. Right now, she works from home 3 days a week, the rest at the office in Södertälje. Now that one of her stars is moving to another location, we are looking for a new star to join her team. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of her everyday life – and who assists her in living a rich and independent life.

About the role

As her personal assistant, you will compensate for her weak muscles - she thinks, decides, and initiates herself, but she appreciates your own ideas. She leads an active life. Works, trains both in the pool and at her own gym, does gardening, drives a Mustang 65, and engages in a lot of other fun activities. If you see this as care and support, she is not the right person for you to work with.

She needs help in her daily life, such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, gardening, picking up/putting away things, i.e., household tasks. Manual transfers occur every day. She uses a manual wheelchair everywhere, all the time. Needs pushing assistance outdoors.

Who are you - WOMAN (!!) - Very good physical condition (no back, neck, knee issues, etc.). Important as manual transfers are included. - Good Swedish. - Able to work full days from 06:30 to 21:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 17:00. - Able to travel both within Sweden and abroad if necessary. - Has a driver's license and access to a car.

You must meet ALL of the above criteria. If you do not, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the position.

You need to be self-assured, able to adapt to different situations, and enjoy both high and low-paced environments. It is important that you are attentive, service-minded, loyal, flexible, and have a strong sense of integrity. You need to be organized and able to follow instructions easily.

We place great emphasis on personality, and no previous experience is required; you will receive necessary training on-site.

Employment rate: The position is approximately 85% with the possibility of extra hours.

A 4-week schedule where you work 8 longer shifts, 4 shorter including 1 weekend, and are off the rest.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: By agreement, lasting as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
