We want to strengthen our team with a Junior Account Manager/Business Sales Support who has a strong desire to develop their own sales but is also curious and engaged in the overall growth of the business and brand! We are looking for a responsible person who effectively and systematically manages the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing and delivery. 

The role is both varied and challenging, allowing you to quickly increase your skills while gaining valuable experience. This is your opportunity to be part of a team with a lot of warmth and community that excels at encouraging and developing each other. 

To thrive in the role, you should be motivated by clear sales and activity goals. 

In addition to being responsible for your own sales, you will also play an important key role in the sales team. You will relieve the sales and marketing manager of various administrative tasks and support the rest of the sales organization during peak times. 

Main Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish contact with new customers via email and phone
• Process our existing customers via email and phone
• Maintain and update information in our CRM system
• Compile quotes and drive upselling
• Order management and support for the entire sales organization during campaigns and/or peak seasons
• Print and package gifts for customers

We are looking for someone who loves customer contact and is phenomenal at seeing and understanding how we can best match our products and services with the customer's needs! You are passionate about ensuring that the customer feels secure and satisfied. 

You are a person who always wants to develop and improve your results. You actively work on evaluating and refining your own sales technique while being curious and open to feedback from your manager and colleagues. 

Since an important part of the role involves supporting the sales and marketing manager as well as other salespeople, it is important that you have good administrative skills. We believe that you have received praise in previous workplaces for having great control over your work - resulting in you being well-prepared, efficient, and never missing a deadline. 

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in proactive B2B sales, but we believe that your qualities and abilities will be decisive in how well you succeed in your role as Junior Account Manager/Business Sales Support at Morot & Co.
