JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Care Administration is seeking a temporary unit manager for the Staffing Unit as the regular unit manager will be on parental leave for approximately one year.

The unit manager for the Staffing Unit has the main responsibility for staffing issues within the Care Administration and is responsible for staffing assistants, resource groups, and temporary employees. The Staffing Unit is responsible for the recruitment of summer substitutes for elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, and for the education administration within the preschool area.

The work includes operational issues within the staffing area, leading staff groups, and managing the unit's budget. During the temporary position, you will continue to actively work on developing our current Staffing Unit for tomorrow's needs.

You will work alongside the current unit manager for at least 4 weeks as the recruitment of summer substitutes begins during this period.

The job responsibilities include having a holistic perspective that involves following decisions, goals, values, policies, guidelines, agreements, and overarching documents for the Care Administration in Hedemora municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

PA program, Social Work program, or another higher education that the employer deems equivalent.

Knowledge and experience in recruitment, working in Visma Recruit, Time Care, and Timepool are advantageous. You have experience and good knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, and other factors that govern the operations. Previous experience as a manager/leader is also advantageous, as well as good knowledge of our operations in Hedemora municipality.

Alongside the requirements for competence and experience, it is important that you are a positive and engaged person. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability and willingness to contribute to the development of the operations.

You must be able to work independently, be resourceful, and have the ability to work in a structured manner. You are attentive and can inspire and engage employees. It is important that you have strong communication skills.

A B driver's license is required. Experience is required.
