An important part of the administration is the Traffic and Urban Environment Unit, where development is the focus. The unit consists of a dedicated team including a traffic planner, a landscape architect, two traffic engineers, and a traffic officer. The Traffic and Urban Environment Unit is part of the Strategy and Property operations, which also includes Municipal Properties and the Land and Exploitation Unit. Together, we belong to the Community Building Administration, a management contributing to shaping Borlänge's future.

You will receive a thorough introduction to leadership and Borlänge Municipality's leadership development program. In addition, there are several internal training courses available, including in areas such as work environment, rehabilitation, and recruitment. Support functions such as HR, IT, and finance are also available to assist you in your role.

Of course, our values attract you!
- I am here for the residents of Borlänge
