Your primary task with us is to help our customers develop and improve their financial business processes. We do this together in a project team where we, with combined expertise, understand the customer's entire operation and assist them in implementing a new business system, customizing it, and/or upgrading it. The tasks are varied and within a broad spectrum, and to mention a few:

• Pre-study work to identify the customer's full needs and then develop solutions. These can be standard solutions but also unique solutions tailored to the customer's needs
• Organize workshops and train the customer's employees in the business system
• Testing, parameter setting, and data migration
• Help and coach customers further with their business processes
• Help customers get the most out of their Business Central installation

We are primarily looking for someone who is currently working in a similar role as a financial consultant within Dynamics 365 Business Central but feels that something is missing for some reason. Perhaps you feel that you are not developing and are not working with the latest versions. Or you may miss the cohesion that we place a great focus on. Maybe you feel that you are not large enough to offer the breadth mentioned above. Regardless of what it is, we are convinced that we have something to offer you!

Another entry point to the role could be that you are on the customer side in a role within accounting and/or controlling with a strong interest in systems and perhaps have been an advanced user, thus having a good understanding of Business Central. You likely have also acted as a requirement setter/stakeholder towards the system provider but now have an interest in taking the step to a consulting role.

Another option is that you currently work as an application consultant focusing on financial processes but within another ERP system, such as Jeeves, Unit4, Visma, Pyramid, or one of the others on the market, but are curious and want to deepen your knowledge within the Microsoft Dynamics world!

As you can see, you can have various backgrounds for this role, but most importantly, you have the ability, interest, and creativity required to challenge both Fellowmind's and our customers' processes. We are looking for someone who is driven, has a business-oriented approach, and is motivated by clear goals and results. Likewise, you are a team player who, like us, believes in the team before the individual. Since you often work on more than one project simultaneously, it is also important that you have good experience in prioritizing and structuring your work.

As you will be working with both Swedish and international customers, it is a prerequisite that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

Start: Immediately, but we understand that you may have a notice period.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here, assuming it should work for all parties.

Location: At one of our central offices in Malmö, Helsingborg, Stockholm, or Gothenburg.
