We are looking for someone driven by designing sustainable and modern solutions. As a solution architect with us, you will play a key role in our assignments, where you set the direction for architecture, technology choices, and implementation in close dialogue with clients and development teams.

You combine strategic oversight with practical skills. You are used to thinking in wholes but also to diving down to code level when needed. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with modern platforms, cloud-native architecture, and complex, distributed systems.

About the role:

As a solution architect with us, you will work both hands-on and in an advisory capacity. In some assignments, you are the first on-site, responsible for technical feasibility studies and establishing the framework that others will build upon. In other assignments, you are a central part of a larger team where you guide technical decisions throughout the entire development cycle.

Examples of technologies, tools, and environments you may encounter with us:

• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• System design: Event-driven architecture, microservices, serverless
• Backend: .NET, Java, Node.js, Python
• Frontend: React, Vue, TypeScript
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, SQL Server
• Observability & performance: Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights, Elastic, Datadog
• AI and ML applications in real-time or batch
• Security architecture, compliance, and governance in cloud environments

You are not expected to know everything above, but you should be comfortable navigating similar landscapes and making well-informed architectural decisions.

Your profile:

• At least 10 years of experience in system development, architecture, or tech lead roles
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and how to build secure, scalable solutions
• Experience communicating technical decisions to both developers and business stakeholders
• Experience in both frontend and backend development
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Extra plus if you have:

• Experience in cloud security and governance
• Previous consulting background
• Experience with AI agents in system development, automation, and architecture
