At Volvo Cars Torslanda, Nordrest operates several restaurants and kiosks. We are now looking for a skilled cold kitchen chef for restaurant Höjden who, together with the Unit Manager, head chef, and other staff, will continue to develop our popular lunch, café, and salad bar. Additionally, we produce a lot of sandwiches, salads, and pastries that we deliver to vending machines and other units.

The position is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.

So who is our new dream colleague?

You are a cheerful person with experience in the cooking and service profession who is used to creating good relationships and contacts with guests. As a person, you are responsible, ambitious, and respectful towards your surroundings.

We want you to have:

• 3-year vocational chef training or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving license B

• Previous work experience as a cold kitchen chef/cook
• Experience in menu planning and ordering
• A solid interest and preferably knowledge and experience in sustainability work as the restaurant is both environmentally and quality certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
