We are looking for an IAM Service Manager who can strengthen and further develop our client's capabilities in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The assignment involves being responsible for the operational management of our client's IAM services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring stability and performance in the client's identity services.

As a consultant, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the client's service team. The focus is on the operational management of IAM platforms with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, and related technologies. The role requires you to combine technical expertise with a clear service and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient daily operations of IAM services.
• Coordinate and follow up with external IAM vendors and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Contribute practical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, AD FS, and AD Connect.
• Drive and support processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Act as a link between technical teams, the business, and external partners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of IAM services and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that IAM processes and procedures support security and compliance requirements.

Competencies and Experience

• Documented experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, AD FS, and AD Connect.
• Solid background in IT Service Management (incident, problem, and change management).
• Experience in vendor management and collaboration with outsourced IAM vendors.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of IAM's role in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
