About the position

We are looking for someone who, alongside their studies, is interested in the staffing industry. Boxflow Staffing is now seeking dedicated personnel administrators who want to work mainly on weekends at our on-call service in the South, located in Klippan and Malmö. We offer a flexible work environment where you have the opportunity to work both on-site and from home.

The tasks are varied and involve contact with both clients and consultants. A large part of the role consists of receiving sick notifications, managing scheduling, booking out consultants, and other administration.

The working hours are scheduled during morning, day, afternoon, or evening, depending on needs. Working hours vary depending on the season, and you who are applying should be comfortable with both early mornings and late evenings as our on-call service is staffed between 05:00 and 23:00. With us, you will either work morning or afternoon shifts, depending on scheduling. You are expected to be able to work at least every third weekend. If necessary and during peak season (e.g., summer or Christmas), weekday shifts may also occur.

The position begins with an introduction at our office in Östra Ljungby during daytime.

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Tasks

In the role of staffing coordinator, you are responsible for:

Managing orders and sick notifications outside office hours

Booking the right consultants for clients

Maintaining ongoing contact with clients and consultants via phone

Performing administration related to staffing

Profile & background

We would like you to have a particular interest in staffing, personnel administration, recruitment, and the logistics industry. As a person, you are driven, structured, and responsible, while also being service-oriented and enjoying phone contact. You are flexible, self-sufficient, and adaptable, which makes it easy for you to handle different situations. We place great importance on your personal suitability for the position.

For the right person, there are good opportunities for employment after completing studies. It is also advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to a car for the position.
