Welcome to us at the Adult Rehabilitation within the Area of Children and Young Adults!
Here we work in teams, aiming to comprehensively promote the development of the best possible functional ability, activity, and participation, as well as physical, mental, and social well-being for each individual.
The target group consists of individuals aged 18 and older with specific, complex disabilities due to congenital or early acquired injury/illness.
Adult Rehabilitation (VH) is a specialist resource that receives referrals from municipalities and primary care in Jämtland/Härjedalen for in-depth, interdisciplinary assessments and investigations, as well as time-limited interventions. We in the team work closely together and have a very good collaborative climate among the different professional categories. Our team consists of doctors, social workers, occupational therapists, nurses/urology therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, dietitians, and team secretaries. We need a permanent doctor with an interest in the patient group and teamwork. Opportunities for research can be provided if there is interest.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Standard medical duties with a focus on rehabilitation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Specialist in general medicine or equivalent experience
- Experience required
- Driver's license B
OTHER
Extent 100%
A lower working degree can be offered if desired
