As a nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Tullkvarnsvägen is a special accommodation with 50 places. Tullkvarnsvägen is located within walking distance from the center of Krokom, close to beautiful nature.

In the position of nursing assistant with us, you will provide care and support based on the resident's wishes, in accordance with current assistance decisions with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting in meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may include conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting new temporary positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several nursing assistants for full-time/part-time summer positions so that our regular staff can take their well-deserved summer vacation. We would like you to start on hours before the summer to ensure proper introduction and complete necessary training.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in this position, you care about your fellow human beings, are good at building relationships, have a strong commitment, and are service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
