About the position: Do you want to help shape the future of electric drivetrains? We are currently looking for a technically curious rig operator who wants to work with testing and optimizing engine rigs in a high-tech and collaborative environment. Here you will have the opportunity to develop within energy consumption, road simulation, and troubleshooting – while becoming an important part of a close-knit team characterized by a lack of prestige and extensive experience.

Your future tasks: In this role, you will work practically and analytically with electric test environments for vehicles. The position suits you who enjoy troubleshooting, optimizing, and solving technical problems using both tools and digital solutions.

Examples of tasks:

• Work with engine rigs for testing and verification
• Conduct road simulations and energy consumption analyses
• Ongoing troubleshooting and technical optimization
• Manage and interpret measurement data, both mechanically and digitally
• Collaborate closely with a team of rig operators and a team leader to improve processes and work methods

We are looking for someone who: Has a technical background in areas such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automotive technology. Experience working with test environments or engine rigs is highly meritorious, as is knowledge of thermodynamics.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant education, such as truck mechanic, mechanical/electrical/chemical engineer.
• Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Swedish.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting and test environments (meritorious).
• Understanding of energy consumption and road simulation (meritorious).

As a person, you are proactive, curious, and enjoy practical technical work. You like to collaborate, take responsibility, and are not afraid to ask questions. You are a problem solver who enjoys exploring new solutions and streamlining work methods. You should appreciate being part of a stable team rather than striving for quick career advancements.

Additional information:

• Start: As agreed.
• Location: Gothenburg.
• Extent: Full-time, daytime.
• Employment form: Consulting assignment for 6 months via Wrknest, with a good chance of permanent employment with the client after the period.
