This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. Job responsibilities

In the role of First Line Support, you are responsible for providing technical support to the company's customers where you are often the users' first contact with IT. Your main task is to deliver world-class service regarding troubleshooting and technical problems. You will receive a solid introduction and work closely with your colleagues. Common tasks include: • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation, primarily in a Windows environment • Troubleshooting both hardware and software is largely performed via remote tools • Receiving and registering cases in the company's case management system

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Good computer skills and a strong interest in IT • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form • High school education in IT/Technology (meritorious) • Experience in technical support/helpdesk or customer service via phone We are looking for someone who has a good sense of service and enjoys being the face of the company to customers. No special knowledge in IT is required, but an interest in technology and a willingness to learn is essential. You have an interest in solving problems and always try to find a smart solution based on the customer's needs. Furthermore, you thrive under a high workload and have the ability to act under stress. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and interest in the position.
