Gateau is a craft bakery from Saltsjöbaden in Stockholm with roots dating back to 1937. We bake our bread according to traditional French recipes using sourdough, just like the model Poilâne in Paris. Gateau is Sweden's largest craft bakery. This means that the bread is baked by bakers and not machines. Currently, we have stores around Stockholm, Uppsala, and in the Malmö area. Our bread is also sold in about eighty selected grocery stores.

Gateau is currently looking for a shift leader for our store on Ålstensgatan in Bromma. In this role, you will:

• Actively participate in the store's team in a way that creates positive sales growth.
• Be a good role model and have experience leading a team.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and provide in-depth product and company knowledge.

The main task of the shift leader is to ensure that our guests always leave our stores satisfied and happy.

You will work closely with your store manager and be responsible for maintaining Gateau's standards during your shifts. We are looking for someone who sees a long-term future working with us at Gateau.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to develop their leadership skills.
• Has experience in service and sales.
• Is passionate about sales, service-oriented, social, and possesses good, positive leadership qualities.

More information and application:

The positions are permanent employment of 24 hours/week with placement at Ålstensgatan. You will work during all store opening hours, and you cannot study simultaneously.
