MOTIVATED SALES ASSOCIATE 20-25H/W NEEDED AT MARTY VÄLA SHOPPING CENTER!

Are you passionate about Service and Sales while loving the personal interaction with customers? Then you are the one we are looking for.

We are now searching for a new colleague and star seller with solid experience in retail. With your background in fashion retail, along with other team members, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in the store, as well as increasing consumers' knowledge about Marty and our brands, and automatically becoming an ambassador for MARTY. You have a good ability to prioritize, you perform your work in a structured manner with very high quality where your personal engagement contributes to extraordinary customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, we believe that YOU must have a passion for fashion and trends, but above all, love customer interaction and enjoy social interactions. As a person, you have good self-awareness and the ability to motivate, engage, and develop your colleagues with a positive, humble attitude. You are a self-driven, flexible team player with great commitment to sales. Through your knowledge of products, materials, and service, as well as your ability to read people, you will become a key person, not only for Marty but also for the consumers.

Previous experience in sales and retail is a given, and you must be at least 18 years old to apply for the position. Furthermore, you need to thrive in a very dynamic and flexible environment with a fast pace.

The position offers opportunities to work with many established brands in a developing environment. Among the company's most well-known brands are Stenströms, Sand, Busnel, Oscar Jacobson, Filippa K, and Hansen & Jacob.

The employment is with the company Marty Group, the position is for 20-25h/week and includes both weekday and weekend work, but with a possible chance for more hours according to an agreed basic schedule on a monthly basis.
