Your primary task with us is to help our customers develop and improve their Supply Chain processes in the business system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as NAV). We do this together in a project team where we, with combined expertise, understand the customer's entire business and assist them in implementing a new business system, customizing it, and/or upgrading. The tasks are varied and cover a broad spectrum, and to mention a few:

• Pre-study work to identify the customer's full needs and then develop solutions. These can be standard solutions but also unique solutions tailored to the customer's specific needs
• Organizing workshops and training the customer's employees in the business system
• Testing, parameter setting, and data migration
• Helping and coaching customers further with their business processes
• Assisting customers in getting the most out of their Business Central installation

Our working methods mean that your project team can be both larger and smaller in character, and that your work is performed at our office but also at times out at our customers when time allows. Our customers are small to medium-sized companies across various industries, with the majority operating in the retail sector.

What distinguishes us at Fellowmind is that we rarely work in pure ERP projects anymore; instead, we talk about platform projects where we can deliver across the entire Microsoft platform. In addition to our BC/NAV department, we have specialist groups within Customer Engagement (CRM), Modern Work, Data & AI, Cloud & Security Infrastructure, and Custom Application Development, which allows us to add even greater value to our customers.

Primarily, we believe you currently work as a consultant within Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on Supply Chain.

However, you could also work as a consultant within other business systems such as Jeeves, Pyramid, Visma, or any other ERP on the market, but have a curiosity to learn Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Another entry point to the role could be that you are on what we call the "customer side", meaning you are an advanced user within Business Central/NAV and thus have a good understanding of one or more modules. You have likely also acted as a requirements setter/stakeholder towards the system provider but now have an interest in taking the step to a consulting role.

As you can see, you can have different backgrounds for this role, but the most important thing is that you have the ability, interest, and creativity to challenge both Fellowmind's and our customers' processes. A requirement for the role is that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, as you will communicate in both languages in your daily work.

We are looking for someone who is driven, has a business-oriented approach, and is motivated by clear goals and results. You are also a team player who, like us, believes in the team before the individual. Since you often work on more than one project simultaneously, it is also important that you have good experience in prioritizing and structuring your work.

Start: Immediately, but we understand that you may have a notice period

Scope: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and aim to make it work for all parties

Location: At our central office in Malmö (which could very well be Malmö's most beautiful office) or our office in Gothenburg located at the newly developed Masthuggskajen (with a fantastic rooftop terrace that is great for our afterworks).
