About the assignment

Bemannia is now accepting expressions of interest from those who have at least six months of experience as a helpdesk employee! We will be forwarding assignments to organizations in the public sector in various locations within Västra Götaland. As a consultant with us, you will receive a fixed-term employment, which means you will be employed for the assignment we match you for and that you are interested in!

Your tasks

In the role of a helpdesk employee, the following tasks will occur:

  • Ensure that IT equipment is functioning
  • Provide service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software
  • Administer IT environments (such as user accounts, permissions, and print queues)
  • Instruct users on how to work with various programs

Your qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education
  • At least six (6) months of work experience in the occupational category
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (such as Easit GO or ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

Please note that you must meet these minimum requirements, but some positions may have higher requirements regarding education and experience.
