Folcon AB is now looking for an independent and business-driven Consulting Manager for our office in Gällivare. 
The position is a key role in our northern operations, where you will take over an already established collaboration with one of our largest clients, where we currently have about 10 consultants on site.

But the role is not just about management. You will also:

• Continue to recruit the right competencies for our client
• Re-establish collaborations with previous clients
• Build new customer relationships in the region
• Have responsibility for the office in Gällivare and function as the hub of our northern operations

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our Consulting Manager in Malmö. 
The role offers great freedom, with support from colleagues and clear objectives.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Consulting Manager, Recruiter, Team Leader, or Coordinator
• Background in the staffing industry – this is highly meritorious
• Experience working with client contact, personnel responsibility, and business development
• A natural drive to take initiative and create structure

• Independent and responsible
• Structured and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
• Unpretentious team player with a sense for business and people

• The position is full-time, with start as early as September 1, but more likely October 1 or November 1.
• You will be based at our office in Gällivare, which you will also have some responsibility for.
• Salary according to agreement.
