Would you like to work on a special assignment with us at Vardaga Katthammarsvik elderly care? We are looking for you who are a care assistant or nursing assistant. Experience in elderly care is an advantage. The position is primarily linked to one resident. You will work between 7:00 PM and 1:00 AM on three specified occasions per week.  Your task as a care staff member is to provide quality of life to those living in the unit. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of life and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need, ensuring that we work according to The Good Day.

On the unit, there are three team leaders whose primary task is to coach and work daily with you, and together you will become a team.  In this position, you will work every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Your knowledge and experience

We prefer that you have previous experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement.

A driver's license is a requirement to work with us as public transport unfortunately does not align with the working hours. Additionally, you must have a residence in Gotland.

Special assignment with employment around one resident, approx. 50-66%.

You work every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Working hours are from 7 PM to 1 AM.
