About the role

In this role, you will be the first-line hero for users who need your expertise. You will:

• Provide support via phone, email, portal, and chat

• Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve incidents

• Be involved in developing processes and contributing to the team's development

Teamwork is essential here – together with your colleagues, you will find the best solutions for the users.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in user support, customer service, or IT support

• Has good knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

• Is communicative, meticulous, and solution-oriented

• Has excellent skills in Swedish and English

• Bonus if you have experience from retail
