Your Role

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer/Requirements Coordinator who wants to help implement the next generation of voice and data communication for our client. You will work from system level down to functional requirements, ensuring that the solution meets the organization's needs and is robust, secure, and future-proof. The environment spans MCX services on 4G/LTE and 5G, with many technical interfaces.
Your Responsibilities

Ensure that all technical subsystems are designed for collaboration with the existing environment. Coordinate dependencies and technical interfaces between internal and external parties. Participate in – and if necessary lead – technical discussions with suppliers. Together with the project team, identify, model, and track requirements in Polarion (or similar) and systematically follow up through reviews, inspections, and tests. Analyze requirements regarding realism, feasibility, and goal fulfillment. Drive compliance with the requirements management process including the connection requirements–verification–validation. Communicate and manage changes to stakeholders and suppliers. Follow up on requirements throughout the lifecycle and actively contribute in project-related meetings.

Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)

At least a bachelor's degree (not YH) or at least 10 years relevant professional experience in technical development projects (infrastructure/technology/system/vehicles). At least 3 years documented systems engineering experience in similar projects. At least 3 years documented experience in requirements coordination and change management of technical requirements in similar environments. At least 3 years documented experience as a configuration/change management responsible in projects. At least 3 years experience in leading and managing requirements work in Polarion (or similar ALM/requirements tools).

Desirable Experiences

Formal education in Systems Engineering. At least 2 years working according to ISO/IEC 15288. Training in requirements management and configuration management. At least 3 years in a coordinating project role. At least 2 years experience from the public sector.

Location

Stockholm (Kungsholmen) with the possibility of a combination of on-site and remote work as agreed upon and according to the needs of the business. The client provides workspace and computer.

Timeline and Scope

Start: September 2, 2025 End: December 31, 2026 Scope: on average 40 hours/week (may vary per project phase) Options: 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year.
