About the role: You will be part of a close-knit customer service team where you work both with daily customer contact and with developing and streamlining internal working methods and systems. The role is split approximately 50/50 between operational customer service and coordinating tasks related to improvement work, systems, and routines.

Your role therefore involves:

  • Receiving and managing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Collaborating closely with dealers and workshops to resolve customer issues
  • Following up and driving cases from start to finish
  • Participating in the development of processes and working methods
  • Being involved in the management of internal systems
  • Acting as a sounding board for the manager on digital and system-related issues
  • This is a role where you have the opportunity to influence, contribute ideas, and eventually grow in responsibility.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is confident in handling customer inquiries but also enjoys thinking long-term, improving processes, and supporting the team in coordinating matters. You are structured, responsible, and have a good eye for detail while also seeing the big picture and having an unpretentious working style.

You do not need to know everything from the start – but you need to have the willingness and drive to learn. For the right person, there are great opportunities for development!

We would like you to have:

  • Completed high school diploma
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Approved background check including UC
  • Post-secondary education in e.g. communication, system science, or similar, as well as previous experience in customer service, coordination, and/or improvement work is an advantage.
