We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating strong, long-term relationships and wants to be an important part of growing our network of craft businesses. About the role:

As a Partner Acquisition Specialist, your main task will be to identify and recruit craft businesses to our network. By combining your interest in business development with a natural ability to build trust and relationships, you play a key role in growing and strengthening our network.

Your main responsibilities:

• Identify and map potential companies

You will conduct research to identify craft businesses that fit the network, understand their needs and potential. By analyzing the market and keeping your ear to the ground, you ensure that we reach the right companies with the right message.

• Create and build relationships

Through personal meetings, phone calls, and networking, you will build strong, long-term relationships with potential members. Your trustworthy demeanor and ability to understand their businesses make them feel welcome and valued in the network.

• Present the network's value and benefits

With your persuasive communication skills, you will present the network's offerings in a way that shows companies how the network can create business opportunities, provide access to knowledge, and develop their operations. You know how to tailor your message to demonstrate concrete benefits for each individual company.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• A good communicator with a genuine interest in people

• Experienced in relationship building, sales, or business development

• Curious about the craft industry and its unique challenges
