As a field salesperson at the quotation service SolarHjälpen, you are responsible for obtaining contact information from individuals interested in solar panels, battery storage, heating systems, roof renovations, and charging boxes. You work in the field, meeting customers in their home environment – either through pre-booked meetings or through outreach contact in the form of on-site sales.

This is a commission-based role with the possibility of a fixed hourly wage, where you also receive mileage compensation and performance-based bonuses. You drive the business all the way from needs analysis and collaborate with our internal team that handles the main sales.

You will have access to sales training, materials, system support, and ongoing coaching – but the responsibility for sales lies entirely with you in the initial stage. The role suits you if you want to work with quality products, large deals, and have the ability to build trust directly in meetings.

We are primarily looking for individuals aged 16-25 in Västra Götaland County & Halland County.
