Do you want to work at a nursing home in Gotland? We are looking for care assistants and nursing assistants .  We are primarily looking for those with experience in elderly care, which is an advantage. At Katthammarsvik, you will work with several dedicated and skilled colleagues. Your task as a care worker is to provide quality of life for those living in the unit. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need, ensuring that we work according to The Good Day.

On the unit, there are three group leaders whose primary task is to coach and work daily with you, and together you will form a team. Our unit takes care of people with dementia.

We are looking for someone who wants to work at the Katthammarsvik unit, and you will work shifts that include days, evenings, and weekends.

Your knowledge and experience

We prefer that you have previous experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is a requirement.

Our residence is located in a beautiful rural environment close to several lovely beaches. Here, the well-being of both residents and relatives is important to us. We want the atmosphere to be familiar and for everyone to feel included and welcome with us. We are passionate about daily activities and community in all our departments. A cat lives with us, and we have visits from dogs. In our latest resident and relative survey, the results showed that both residents and relatives are very satisfied with the work we do. We are proud of our workplace and the care we provide to our residents!

A driver's license is required to work with us, as public transport unfortunately does not align with the working hours. Additionally, you must have a residence in Gotland.

Other Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Start date: as soon as possible or according to agreement.

Special assignment with employment around one resident, approx. 66%. The days are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday every week. Working hours are from 19:00 to 01:00.
