About the Company

DFDS Logistics Services is a trucking company within the automotive industry located in Arendal. The company operates around the clock, six days a week, and employs approximately 250 people full-time. The vehicle fleet consists of about 300 vehicles, including 80 trucks and 220 trailers.

About the Position

In this role, you will handle administrative work related to vehicles and contribute to the efficient management and follow-up of maintenance, inspections, invoicing, and ensuring related documents. The work is largely done in Excel, so it is advantageous if you are accustomed to using it in your daily work.

We offer a consulting assignment via DFDS Professionals and are looking for someone who can start immediately. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for direct employment with the client company in the future.

Working hours are scheduled Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

About You

• You are self-driven and have the ability to take initiative.
• You have an eye for detail and work meticulously.
• You are organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements for the Position

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Computer proficiency and experience with Excel.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work on-site with our clients. Being a mobile consultant means being employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
