Sopra Steria is seeking a Scrum Master who wants to grow with us and strengthen our team in Stockholm. We see that you have experience in the role of Scrum Master combined with digital transformation and that you are a person who is challenged by helping both clients and colleagues succeed. In the role of Scrum Master at Sopra Steria, you will help our clients go further in their digital transformation.

Your role is important for coaching agile teams in agile methodologies and ensuring efficiency and continuous development. Your inspiring leadership will play a central part in motivating and guiding the team. You will act as a key player between product owners, developers, and the business by effectively communicating and collaborating. To succeed in this role, you need to be both results-oriented and committed, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who is passionate about agile work and possesses a deep understanding of agile methodologies. You enjoy implementing agile methods and routines and have extensive experience in leading and coaching agile development teams. You are motivated by the role of mentor and strive to make the teams more self-sufficient.

We see that you are an energetic person with a positive attitude, and can demonstrate at least 2-3 years of experience using the agile framework, preferably in the role of Scrum Master. You possess not only technical skills but also insights into the human and cultural challenges that may arise during a digital transformation. Your communication skills are of utmost importance, and we believe you are open and humble towards both changes and differences. Furthermore, we see that you have an interest in technical solutions and digitalization and a desire to learn new things and teach others, which you utilize in your role as Scrum Master.

In addition, knowledge of current digital technologies, including AI, chatbots, etc., is an advantage. In the role of consultant, the ability to build strong client relationships is crucial. Your focus on results, customer orientation, and engagement will be central aspects of how you succeed in this position. It is advantageous if you are used to working with deliveries in complex environments as we often engage in advanced assignments.

• Experience in the role of Scrum Master previously
• Experience in leading and coaching development teams
• Experience in requirement work
• Experience with Jira or similar systems for managing user stories and backlog.
• Experience in leading and collaborating in a team with diverse competencies
• Preferred if you have experience working as a consultant
• Preferred if you have a technical background
• Interest in driving business and customer forward
• Relevant academic degree
• Proven experience in agile methods, preferably demonstrated through one or more certifications such as Scrum Product Owner or SAFe
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
