We are now looking for a night support worker to our team at Sandsbro. The position is full-time for 6 months with the possibility of extension. About Nytida Sandsbro Sandsbro is a residential facility with special services under LSS. There are 11 residents here with varying support needs. The target group consists of individuals entitled to housing under LSS, but who do not have an intellectual disability. It is an exciting group that requires support workers with sensitivity and curiosity.

The residence is located within walking distance to the Norremark shopping area, as well as close to the beautiful nature of Fylleryd Forest. There are also good bus connections to the city center, which facilitates the work of activating the residents.

About the role As a support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach.

As night staff, you will work alongside day staff to create the best possible conditions for each individual. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.

You will have a group manager nearby who works part of their time in the operation.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
